Nothing overly exciting. I've been playing around with some bamboo.

I would never in a million years, been able to guess that those were bamboo.

Some good looking bamboo

I turned a lot of Bamboo local stuff and never saw it like that.
Almost looks like it's cross grain. Where did you get your Bamboo.

To be honest it's 14mmx140mm bamboo flooring. From what I can tell its 20-30 bamboo lengths compressed and glued together. HTH

I've got a couple of boxes of bamboo flooring sitting in the garage - now you have motivated me to pull out a piece and turn it into something useful! I love the look of those two pens!

My advice, stabilize it as much as you can!!!

Next on the list is a hex bamboo pen. Have to pay more attention to the bamboo rod builders
