Bad Lilac casting

A few weeks ago in the casting forum I posted some fresh lilac that I cast and said that they looked like &*^%&**. Well I decided to turn one today and maybe they just look like ?, well you tell me.

Having been told ahead they were lilac, I can definitely see it. However, if I had not known it is still looks like some plant material. Looks like bits of green and light purple with some brown on a white background. Maybe the heat generated by the resin "cooked" the lilac as it set. Either way... I still like the finished product.
Has kind of a French look to it... like herbs de Provence.

I like the finished product as well. It's very unique and looks very nice!
