I know I had posted this pen back in April before it went on it's trip to be
immortalized as a feature article in a well know woodworking magazine.
Of course the blank was made by non other than our own Jeff Powell (workingforwood) who had asked me to turn the blank and take photos of each step of the turning process. I almost said no as I didn't want to be the one to blow up the blank but Jeff added that the finished pen would be mine to keep after, well I just had to have it.All praise should be directed to Jeff as all I did was turn his masterpiece. If Jeff wants to pipe in and tell what magazine and what edition I'll leave that to him. I present to you

That is a stunning pen and the whole reason why I subscribed to a certain magazine to see it.
Now I have to buy a scrollsaw to use these patterns with.

Creative woodworks and crafts. What issue..who knows. I guess it to be 4 issues from now. Next issue out is something like July 25. That issue will be a must own too. I have 10 copies ordered for me. But I'm biased, since I am the feature artist of the month in that issue!
