This is one of the blanks sent to me by Pasho (David) from Jimboomba, Australia. Gold Baron Rollerball. Sealed with several coats of Thin CA, sanded to 12,000 MM, applied 6 coats of Minwax Clear Gloss Poly and finished with two protective coats of Brazilian Carnauba.

As always comments and or suggestions appreciated.

The first thing I always notice about your pens is the absolutely beautiful finish, then I notice the beautiful wood and outstanding workmanship.

I read your very well written article and have used your finishing techniques on the last two pens I've made. It's not that much more work, but it does take quite a bit longer to complete a pen. That being said, it's by far the best finish I've ever gotten on any pens. I will post a photo later this evening.
