The Aurora with a little patriotic flare

Well here is another of my newly named Aurora pens! I think this color combination is quite patriotic. Maybe I should have saved it for something like Memorial Day, Veteran's Day or even 4th of July.

Holy crap I love working with alumilite! I've got to figure out what color comination to cast next, so I can get some more pens going!

Is this the DNS kit? Looks good, have to say the little finial really adds to the detail.

Yes this is the dns kit. I thought a turned peice from the center blank material would add that nice little contrast that the finial needed. I love making these.

I'm using my Nikon D5100 with a Nikon AF-S 5omm 1.8G lens to capture the pictures of my pens I really enjoy the shallow depth of field that the 50mm provides.
