Thats a purty pen. How long did the glue up take? What are the contrasting woods?

Nice straight pattern & tight glue joints. But too fat & short for my tastes.

The woods are Red Heart and Beech. I cut and glued it in one night. I made sure I used alot of med. Ca on the glue up and then soaked it pretty good on both sides with thin Ca after I had it all together. I glued it up on wax paper so it didn't stick to everything. I also used some wax paper when putting the CA/BLO finish on it. Thanks for the comments. The Atlas kits are short but I like the solid blank look.

Kinda chunky, but I use atlas pens a bit, so short is nice in some cases (fingers not included)
and the glue up and pattern look great. Atlas styles are great for T shirts or pants pockets.
