After I showed my wife the last Cedar pen she just HAD to have one (of course I said "Yes dear - What's for supper"), so this was a special order from her right down to the Turquois Corian center band . Much more red in this piece .

Nice pen Doug, I love making specail orders, they mean so much more.

I hope you get more mileage out of that nice pen than dinner [:D]

At great personal risk, what did you use for a finish?

I use Lee Valley's Turners Polish on all my pieces . It seems to work great on just about anything that I've tried it on from wood to antler to corian and just about everything else . It's called Behlan Turners Polish in the US.
