Antlered Le Roi Elegant......

I finished this pen 2 days a go and just had time to take a picture. This particular chunk of antler finished off really smooth. As I turned it there was not the common "pithyness" I have experienced with a lot of antler material I have previously turned? C&C welcomed. Have a great weekend and be well..........Jan

Very nice. I just finished my first antler pen. Showed it to my dentist. I said you drill bone I shave it. Really enjoyed turning it and the smell was not bad at all. Can't wait to do another.

I turned my first yesterday and the smell was horrid! Haha maybe I'll try another antler after all.

A little more light and a filter shade and that color/shine will POP!
(I use wax paper)
