Probably should have gone with a round lower barrel. The square shape came out perfect in two test barrels but there were a few issues with the final version. Fun Contest!

I like this'n too albeit I'd like it more if the lower barrel had the same shape but was smaller in diameter. Didn't do that math, so I don't know if that's doable.

The circles are green drinking straws I picked up at the local mall food court. You should have seen the look on the cashiers face when I asked to purchase 2 straws. The straws are inserted all the way through the blanks.
