I just finished this pair. Both flags are dressed in black Titanium Jr. Gent kits. Unfortunately the pair will be broken up on Monday but I can always make another.

Let me know what you think of these!

Nice job with the kits. being you posted a photo that has high resolution, I do not know if it is the photo or if this is a problem when doing these kits. The thing I am seeing is bleeding of the red into the maple or white. Is this something that becomes a problem??? Is the red wood just dyed wood and is there variations of color in the wood???? Thanks.

The white marks are just non uniformity of dye in the red stripes. The appearance of red in the white stripes is just the grain of the wood, there was no bleeding or transfer of dye that I can see.

Thanks for the comments, I recommend these to anyone with a little pen turning experience and descent eye sight. Putting in those stars can be quite tedious.
