G'day folks,

This is the other pen that was on auction at the fundraising dinner, and it went for AUD 600 which is 537 USD. I bought this timber from South India ( Kerala). Rosewood and Teak wood are some of the best Indian woods apart from Sandal wood which you can't really buy anymore. The vendor is an authorised seller of Rosewood, and he actually exports lots of awesome Rosewood fretboards for high end electric guitars. I am happy to share his contact details if anyone wants it, just PM me.

Cheers,
Sean

Firstly, Congratulations on the Auction, Magnificent result.
What a Glorious Pen, Sean.
Beautiful Indian Rosewood Blank.
Matched Perfectly with the Copper Knights Armour.
Superb Fit, and Ideal Finish to tone with the Finish on the Copper Kit.

Good question George, I would love to give up my daytime job, but unfortunately my pen turning is funded by my daytime job and certainly not vice versa!

Thanks Mark, I think a lot of the time the blanks are so good, and that makes me look good! I still consider myself as learning.
