No its a standard Euro twist pen kit 60mm top tube and 53mm bottom tube.[]

Every European pen I have made has the short tube for the upper barrel and the long tube on the lower barrel..

Just checked my assembly instructions and it definatly shows the longer tube at the top (clip end) [?][?][?]

Is this a 7 mm twist pen (Cross refill) or is it the one that takes a Parker refill ?
