Although I have done other kits, I still use basic Slimlines to practice my different profiling. Pen 1 is Caribbean Blue acrylic, Pen 2 is Kelly Green acrylic, Pen 3 is Orange Sorbet, Pen 4 is a Dymondwood that I wanted to try out multiple segmenting, and finally Pen 5 is my first try to work with various laminations and glue-ups. This one is a combination of Cocobolo/Cherry/Bloodwood. Maybe someday I will start moving more into classier kits.

Thank you all for the kind words. The orange one is "Orange Sorbet" from Woodcraft. Even though I have read many entries on painting inside the blanks, I still just paint the tubes and use 2-part epoxy to set them. Occasionally, I will use substitute chrome tubes where needed.
