Black ebonite with maroon acrylic inlays in the barrel and finial. #6 Broad Meisternib and Schmidt converter. 12mm triple lead cap thread and a serrated finial.

Another vintage German design theme. Refined the dimensions a bit. Adding the metal band and coupler adds a lot to the appearance, I think. Feel, balance, and weight seems about right. This one is sort of a prototype, as the brass parts are unplated.

It's a wet and smooth writer. I like this one. Think I'll keep it for myself.

151mm capped
135mm uncapped
31 grams

Comments and criticism welcome. Thanks for looking in.

Roger

Nice lines on these two. Like the skull caps. :) you're right about the trim pieces, as they take this one a notch above the other. Thanks for showing.

I like the metal bits on this one, Roger. And I'm either used to looking at the finial, or this one is ever so slightly different. It doesn't seem as obtrusive. If this is a prototype, I can't wait to see the real thing!
