Another cross cut

Thanks for the comments on the last one.
This is another pen using cross cut wood. It is birdseye maple on a Gatsby Grande. The finish is good but you can't see the holographic effect of the end grain as you rotate the pen. Quite striking.
As is obvious, I'm not spending much time on my photography. Whatever is at hand, for now.
