That looks very nice, Rick. I like that you made it a closed-end pen with a hidden clip. I once made a 30-06 pen with a cigar kit but kept the regular clip and finial. That made the whole pen appear a little top-heavy whereas yours looks well-balanced.
One nit (and it's not a major one) - the bullet looks like it's seated quite deep.

Actually it's not for this particular bullet it is just barely past the ring used for depth. That's about as far out as I can set it.

I make these but never tried the type of cap you show here. That adds a touch of class.
