Bullet pen for someone...

Guy at work gave me the materials, here's the first of a few. 30-06 nickel plated, antler top. Bad photo, just forgot to snap one off till I got to work..

Thanks, my FIL gave me some calipers, they've helped on a lot of things. Before that I was using a cigar bushing that just so happens to almost be the same size, [:D]

Yeah, I was wondering how it would look, just like it is, but with a chrome clip. Gold nib and finial.

Problem is the nickel is very, very slick. You can barely hold on to the pen when writing. I think the brass has a little more tack for some reason. Thinking a powdercoated shell would probably be better too.

WOW!! Very nice pen. I think you're on to something with the chrome clip idea. Might wanna try it at least.
