.270, .280 and 30-06 all with "Shed" Deer Antler Caps.

Looks great Les. You make them like I do, with as much natural surface as possible. Should bring in some nice cash for you.

Great looking pens. I just started dabbling in bullet pens myself a little. Just curious, where do you get you antler from?

What are you putting on the brass to stop the tarnish from handling??

I use the "Dipping Method" using 50/50 Lacquer/ Lacquer Thinner. I also do some that are polish with Hut Ultra Gloss and apply 2 coats of Caranuba.

Some I just clean and polish with Brasso and leave "Army" and make customers aware that they will have to clean with Brasso as they tarnish.
