anniversary Pen

This is a pen with engraved case for my sil and her husband. They have bee married for 50 years.

Majestic with Alternative Ivory.

I need white for a large pen order (possibly). I'm thinking of using holly, or alt.ivory. The rest of the pen will be dyed curly maple. Which do you vote for Alan?
Also, where do I find the alternative ivory? What a majestic looking pen.

Thank everyone. Rob I vote for Alt. Ivory only because the stuff it not porous so you do not have to worry about the material pick dark streaks from the sanding process.
I get my alt ivory from ed4copies. Great Customer Service.
