Ancient Mars/ Mesquite Burl Jr. Gent

The other day PARSONS posted his Amboyna/Malachite Segmented Jr. Statesman and I was really Impressed with it so I decided to give a try. This is Dawns Ancient Mars and Mesquite Burl on a Gold Jr Gent. This was really fun to make, the hardest part is getting every thing even when sanding the saw marks smooth. I had to do a lot of back filling on the burl due to worms. It has a CA finish that has been wet sanded to 6K then plastic polished, inside of the blank was painted white.

I gotta see if I can make something similar happen with a lot less experience. Once I order a large batch of acrylic blanks I'm gonna see what I can do.
