Finally a break from the heat. Working on a few Imperial kits.
Pretty certain I got this wood from isaacrapelje here on the forum.
Good to be back turning. This past month has been brutally hot.

Oh, I forgot to say - the wood reminded me of the agates and stones I find on the Oregon beaches. I tumble and polish them. So the stones in the photo are from the Oregon Coast.

Really nice pen. Pretty rocks. I would remove the rocks though as they tend to compete with the beauty of your fantastic pen. Just my $0.02 worth.

I agree. Great looking pen but the stones distract from it's beauty.
