Turned some of the highend amboyna this weekend. Came out pretty nice.Clips are on the back side, wouldnt stay up without turning them.May have to make one my every day use pen Reducing the pics made them muddy

G'Day Dave that amboyna burl looks great l would keep one of those for a daily user too.l like the kit Dave what supplier has it[?] l would like to see a photo of all the pen mate'too stop the pen rolling you can use a bit of bluetac. []

Love the way Amboyna smells when turning it also. Comes really close to Olive Wood for the smell factor.

That is the Craftusa Euro platinum pen John. I was actually holding the tip thats why I cropped the ends Thanks for the kind words. I am getting to be an Amboyna nut I have a top and bottom sap wood Statesman jr in the making that should be very nice looking.
