Amboyna Churchill and first closed end Jr. Gent

I bought some Amboyna from Dario and it's really gorgeous stuff. So I decided to make a Churchill with it. I might be starting to like this kit a bit more.

I also tried my first closed end Jr. Gent using Fangar's pin chuck. The end really is closed. I drilled a shallow 1/4" recess in it and inset an Austrian crystal. Now that I know how to do this, I plan to get some Swarovski crystals.

Both are great lookin pens Gerry, what finish is on them?

They're both finished with 3 coats of Tru Oil. I may be going back to that as my primary finish.
