Almost a year...

It's been 11 months since I last turned a pen. Figured I better head out to the shop and turn something to keep my membership here in good standing. Here the fruits of that labor. I guess I still remember how to do it, though I think I may have done it better at one time. Maybe it's like Toby Keith says......"I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good, once, as I ever was!"

No matter how long it is since you have done it, you never forget how to.
Though you may be a little bit wobbly at the start.

... and here.. all I have heard around here was that "the South Dakotan" doesn't turn pens because he doesn't know how to plug in a lathe! I guess you proved 'em all wrong! Great pens.
