Paelo, The photograph doesn't let me get a good view of your Alder Pen.
Could you please post another photograph?
The one posted has most of the pen in Shadow, and the finish looks plastic, like a Poly Urethane. Not like anything you have previously shown.
It may all be in the Photo set up, I have no knowledge or experience in that area.
Some of the Photo Gurus, may be able to comment.
