This Cigar pen is made from a lamination of two 45 degree cut Berea Flecked Acrylic pieces, separated by three 1/8" thick Acrylic sheet pieces (white/black/white). The stack was glued-up with thick CA, and lightly clamped for about an hour. The piece was wet sanded from 220 to 600 grit, followed by an application of the Plastic Sanding Kit that Rick suggested in another thread, and finally a light Beall buff.

You are one of the gretest penmaker's with in this organization. And you always try new material from Pvc to bowling balls, to a fantastic burl. This pen is just another fantastic turning you have produced, for us to stare at.
Not only that, you have inspired me to not only make better pens but to use the Beall buff system to finish them/ i just ordered it, it'll be here in two weeks.

Thank you,

Adam Gill
