.50 and .30 caliber pens

The .50 cal was my first attempt at a .50 caliber pen kit as well as using deer antler. Not my best work but it does make for an interesting picture.

The .30 cal is made of antler, bloodwood, and buffalo horn.

The background is a flag drapped over the back of the light tent and lit from behind.

That flag backdrop is a pretty neat, I like the idea. I use Brazilian cherry for 50 cal because it's similar to what I always saw on the ceremonial shells in the Navy.
Nice job, thanks for posting them. I have yet to post a photo here.
