Sorry the pic quality isn't great. I'm a lurker here and have gotten lots of ideas. Thought I'd post a pic of some the casing pens I made after reading about them here. The 410 is a brass shotgun casing that a coworker gave me. It is made using the woodcraft cushion grip pen kit. Next one I'm going to use the regular click pen kit.

Cool, there had been some talk of using 410 shells here a long time ago. I'd like to see one with a plastic casing too.

Yeah, I was surprised when he brought them in. I was expecting them to be shorter. He gets them online, they are not made in the USA. Instead of having one small hole in the bottom where you can punch out the primer they have two holes off center so a normal punch won't work.

Personally I don't own a 410 although I have shot many shells from one. However that is the first brass shotgun shell I've ever seen. I like the pen though, nice group
