I just did one of those exact orange and black acrylics, but I used a gold kit. I didn't get to take a picture because I sold it 10 minutes after it was done to my uncle.

Hi Kruger,

All very nice pens mate, but I've noticed that the first pen you don't seem to know what it is or where it comes from, I'm not absolutely sure but it looks like one of my wood species.

As soon as I saw it I've though, #30 Bottle Brush (R) root...???, but I don't recall to have sold any to you, not that means anything really, you could have got it from one of many people that purchased them from me, huh...???

And no, I'm not using the thread as an advertisement, I have no need for it, I'm simply wondering if that blank that you have "unidentified" is or not, one of mine and if you thing that it is a good possibility, at least you can put a name to it, if not, no harm done, sorry that I couldn't help identifying it...!:frown::)

That Eucalyptus also resembled "some" of my #3 Pink/Rose Gum...???:cool::biggrin:

Cheers
George

Amazing shapes! I always see the standard tube shape on pens, but this adds a unique quality and edge to the pens. Awesome work

Interesting shapes Kruger. I'm curious about how you finished them. Can you tell us anything about materials or technique, especially the wood?
