That's very sharp looking. And a terrific job on the hidden clip, very well done. Isn't that teak rough on your tools?

Not to bad on the tools, the roughing gouge gets touched up before each pen and the skew gets touched up a couple times on the honing wheel. Use my home made carbide tools for a lot of it. Having originally been made into coffee table legs about 50 years ago this stuff is so dry the "shavings" are almost powder. Need to run the shop vac with it's inlet about an inch from the blank all the time.
