Started this series. This is the first time using powder coat. The coating leaves a less than shiny surface.

What powder are you using? I;ve had excellent results with super hi gloss clear from columbia coatings: ColumbiaCoatings.com - Best Powders - Best Service - Best Price!

Clean, polish, and buff the brass first? I'm sure you did...just checking.

I am using Columbia, but wonder if I ordered Super High Gloss. It might be possible that I did not leave them in the oven long enough. I want them to be smoother, clearer and shinier. Thanks for your interest. More suggestions are welcomed.
