I had hoped to have my Axis antler Jr. Emporer finished, but that will have to wait for another time. Also, had 2 other dips cup and tubes glued, but ran out of time to get them done too.

These are, aluminum, bamboo, and bocote. CA finish on the bamboo and boctoe. Not sure what I will do with the aluminum, I thought of just a clear powder coat or maybe sandblast it first and then powder coat.

Those look really cool! Is that aluminum hard to work with? I have some aluminum, however I just don't want to wreck my tools on it. Great work Steve!

I just noticed the Bocote Dip Pen made the Featured Photo! Congrats Steve!!!!!

Tim, The aluminum turned much easier than I had expected. I think the lapis Trustone was harder on the tools than the aluminum, although I really don't have a way to be sure of that.
