Busy days with snow and now cold but managed to get two pens done (other than those turned at the demo for the freedom project) and rearranged the shop to add the drying cabinet and my thickness planer to the collection. The corian pen was ordered by my wife's aunt and the purse pen is for my neice. It is maple on top and a really dark walnut on the bottom.

Bill, the pens look very nice, you did a beautiful job! What kind of drying cabinet did you make, can you post a pic of it or tell us a little bit about it? Thanks!

Will do RT...as sure as I'm confident it does the job. It is basically a portable dishwasher with a trouble light in the bottom. I've got to install a thermometer yet to see what kind of temperatures I get from what wattage bulb. I pulled the pump, motor, rotor assembly out of the bottom and used luan plywood with a soldering screen on top of it to patch the hole. The trouble light lays on the soldering screen. The wood goes in the dish racks.

More as it proves itself!!
