I like the overall look. Did you drill out the bullet for the tip? I have been wanting to try that but I do not have a way to do it perfectly. As for combos, with the nickle, try an antler top with gold hardware, looks great also, for the "hunter" I have turned orange Corian for the top. Looks like hunter orange and has been a good seller just by word of mouth.

Yes, I drill out the Bullet Nibs on my lathe.

I do lots with Antler tops.
