I like the turning design. The point looks like an oversized fit and I may have made the cb wood with the grain goig horizontal. The finish is a bit swirled. if you would like some suggestions, email me and I will offer some assistance on the finish.

cb looks good with walnut. to me, somthing about the tip doesnt flow. Mabey a smoothed tapered tip as you did the end. Or put a groove at the top to match the cb and tip.

Walnut is always a good choice, the king of woods. Your treatment shows the versatility of the, otherwise lowly, slimline. The nib treatment is a matter of taste. I wouldn't do it that way but it looks OK and probably makes the slim pen easier to hold and write with. Finish could be improved but that is the never ending challenge with these little items.
