27 Statesmans

This is for an order I got from Subaru for 27 Statesmans.

Here they all are, lined up like good little soldiers.

A floor of blue later...

FYI-The craftsman dust collector under the workbench is hooked up to a vent in the wall and used exclusively for when I CA. I have a big Jet for everything else.

You can see from the picture on the lathe, I had to do a lot of epoxy/Buckeye sawdust hole repairs.

All are CA finished.

That is an impressive series of pictures! How long did it take start to finish to make them?

Flom planning, organizing and finish to CA and build, it took about 4 full days of work.

The hardest parts are planning so the barrels stay together and filling the holes.
