2 quickies from today

first is another in my chalk holder series that i'm hoping will be hot sellers nearing the end of the school year. although this one was quickly claimed by my youngest for his teacher. you just can't say no to that.

the other was just some fun. i started a sierra the first night i got my new turning tools i was so excited i tore up the blank so i turned down to the tube and glued this up today, just some cutting on the scroll saw and glued in some pop can aluminum. nothing fancy, but fun all the same.

i got the chalk holders from william wood write in canada, but a fellow member told me they have one at penn state. people are going crazy for them, just not quite crazy enough to throw money at me,
