2 Mesas - hickory burl, red morrell burl

Seems like all I turn these days is burl ... boohoo, boohoo :biggrin:

Mesa kits, first one is red morrell burl, the second is hickory burl.

That is beatiful wood I am amased every time I turn a burl or wood with unique pattern. I think my wife said it best when she said "Isn't God so creative to hide such beauty inside a piece of wood."
I like your stands also.

It was mostly straightforward -- one or two small voids, just had to take it steady and dribble a little CA around.

And sharp tools, of course :biggrin:
