The two at the lower left are Koa with a very different look between the two. Both were marked Koa so that is what I sold them as.

Hi Chuckie,
Yeah, koa has many different colors and variations thereof. One thing is that its grain can go all over the place and end grain in koa is vastly darker than face grain, when you finish it.

Nice work on all of the above pens. You must have one heck of a drill press.

BigRob, I appreciate the information on the many different colors and variations in Koa. All of these pencils are scheduled to be delivered on Thursday of this week and I will will feel much more confident in answering questions if they arise.

Andrew, you are correct they are the Pentel style mechanical pencils.
