A 2 color pen and stand

The bottom part of the pen is purple heart and the top I think is teak. It was fun to try one with two different woods. I made the stand out of scrap pine.. turned out better than the poplar one that I made... Enjoy Fay

Nice work on the Stand.
IMHO I would have preferred a Single Wood, either the Purple Heart or Teak, on the Slimline, Rather than half and half, but that is only my preference.
What Finish did you use? Nice Job.

THat pen was made from scraps. I used EEE shine and wood turners finish.
