1st Emperor(Yellow Cedar)

I have had a Emperor Fountain pen from Exotic Blanks set laying here for a while. I traded a Jeremy Pringle for a piece of Yellow Cedar with a few eyes in it. When it arrived I thought now I have a piece that should go on the kit. Comments and Critiques are welcome and thanks for looking.

Did you use a finish? I have made a few that I just burnished and left them smelly.

The gold accents of the pen really highlight the strong colour of the wood.

I did a CA finish on this one. I may try and burnish the next one I do.
