July meeting

Just would like to say that I had a GREAT time at the Craftshop this past meeting. Got to watch some Rino blanks turned and they are some nice looking pen blanks. Boyce at the Craftshop had the place looking great as usall. Thanks to MWR for sponsoring our meeting place where we turned pens for Troops. Had a great turn out with even some wood chipers from the Craftshop helping turn pens as they do every month. Look forward to our next meeting.

I've been slow to make my final post to this thred because I've been working on getting some pics of the pens.

I want to thank Boyce for hosting a great IAP meeting at the Redstone Craft Shop.

I also want to thank Greg Hight and the guys at Rhino Plastics for sending us some great blanks and polish to use. Everyone who has seen the pens we made with those blanks is blown away with their beauty, I've attached some pics of them.

Finally I want to thank all the people who attended, IAP chapter members and Redstone Woodchippers alike, they made this event what it was.
