August Pen Club Meeting

Hello Carolina Pen Club Members,

I hope you are having a good summer.
I heard the July meeting was very good, I wish I was there but you can’t be everywhere at once.
I hope you all can make it to the August meeting, Hans will be talking about threading. Which can help people to go semi- and fully kit-less. I know I am looking forward to it.

The meeting Will be held at Mann Tool, August 6, 2011, from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.

One of these months it'll fall on a weekend I can make it down. Unfortunately not this weekend :(

Maybe September.

Thanks Hans for another super demo. Hope other clubs pick up on this and invite to as a demonstrator as I don't know of anyone that does a better in doing a demonstration of making a pen from start to finish than you. Showing us how to use the tap and die to make treads and expand our imaginations and creativity for making a range of new pens was a real treat and thanks for telling everyone about the resources here on IAP for supplies, etc. We're very fortunate to have you as a member and Program Chairman of Carolina Penturners.
