Default IAP LOGO USAGE

so i know its ok to use the logo on your website and that, some terms and conditions apply. But what if i wanted to get it embroidered on clothing for myself. I'm not going to try and sell branded clothing, just want people to know what i do, possibly promote the site and also possibly create sales for vendors or penturners, just an idea.

Here are the guidelines: http://www.penturners.org/logos/

The simple answer is that you can use it personally any way you want. That sounds like what you are proposing.

If you are going to profit from it in any way, that requires authorization.

If you are going to distribute items which include the logo (say, make something and sell it for cost) that also requires authorization because although you are not making a profit, distribution beyond your personal use implies approval by the IAP.

Hope that helps!
