one thing I suggest is never link your bank accounts to paypal

don't give up, it will take time...I had a problem with a company out of state and it took about a year...the owner actually got arrested because he was doing this often and when the LEO's looked into it had committed fraud involving a lot of people and money

just keep following up.. squeaky wheel

I dealt with these people about 2 years ago and had less than satisfactory results. I will not go into details since I don't want this seen as advertising.

Sounds like it would be BADvertising to me. Based on Neil's experience coupled with yours, I'd be surprised if they ever do business with anyone from this site again.

Perhaps their definition of 'satisfaction' differs from that which we would all accept.

Also from their website:
We are 500% Customer Focused and believe that every customer should be shown the utmost respect and curtesy when dealing with any representative of this company

Sounds like they are covering up a lie with lipstick and mascara! I guess they don't realize that repeat customers are what make a business, and bad news travels!

I think what Curtis is trying to say is that he had a bad experience with them and therefore developed a system of his own and you wouldn't have this trouble with the system he sells.

From have spoken with Curtis on several occasions, I got the impression that he would walk himself out to his own woodshed and give himself a good thrashing BEFORE he would allow himself to mistreat and/or misinform any customer of his E V E R!

He is big enough to do it as well!

Default Update

Just a little follow up, I recieved an anonymous email telling me I was wrong from the company. They didn't even have the decency to sign a name. As far as I am concerned, this company Wood Stabilization Solutions is a scam and should be avoided.

I also received an email from a person that asked to remain anonymous that had purchased a system a while back from this company. He was unhappy with his system for many reasons, but was kind enough to supply me with a detailed parts list and a drawing of how it all goes together, while I haven't touched it yet since they stated to me that using anything other than their products would violate the warranty(for the little that it is worth), I at least have an option now. He also offered to send me the activator for the stabilizer solution since I received none and they won't tell me what it is. I want to say thank you again to the anonymous person and I appreciate your assistance, I owe you one.

Neil,
That's really nice that someone would do that for you.

Any more word from the company itself? How about going to the head honcho?

I think he is the one that sent me the anonymous email, can't be sure since it was anonymous. The email was CCed to legal@, and Exec@. so who knows. Obviously I have their attention at least. Funny how they claim to be a small business in one email and yet they have a legal dept., strange, I am a small business and I never needed a legal dept.(until now at least).
