Default Heritance

After contacting Lou Metcalf by email, I was able to order what I needed. Service was fast, the steel nibs are great, both in quality and in looks.

Although I was ready to pay the requested shipping fee on the website, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a partial refund to reflect the actual shipping cost! That's great service!

I will most certainly order again from you!

Louis, take a moment and write with one of those semi-flex steel nibs. The only problem (for Lou) is that they make you realize you don't need 14 and 18 K nibs!!

Thank you for your kind words, Louis. As for the shipping, sometimes the shopping cart gets confused. I'm glad to make it right. Please let me know what you think of the nibs once you have had a chance to try one out!

I'm no expert on fountain pens, but just being a fine nib make a huge different to me (compared to a medium).

And for the kind words, I'm a firm believer that good service should be acknowledge and thanked. :)
