Default Berea Customer Service

A co-worker of mine asked me if I could repair a pen of her husband's, so I said I'd take a look at it. It turned out to be one of Berea's round top euro rollerballs. I'm not sure what this guy did to the pen, but the nib was broken in two pieces.

Anyway, Berea confirmed that they could provide a replacement, but I would need to call to place the order. I just got off the phone with them and they are sending the replacement no charge. I was fully prepared to pay the cost and charge nothing for the repair as this person has bought a pen from me and is likely to buy several more. It's refreshing to do business with a proactive company and Berea has earned my business.
