Cooked some Grands Biscuits on the smoker a few weeks ago. Now they are Jennifer's favorite way for me to fix a biscuit so fired it up and fixed some as a part of Mother's Day breakfast.

Not only tasty, but a prefect light crunch on both sides. Who knew grill marks on a biscuit could be so good!

I will have to try the biscuits like that.
I had never heard of it, but the current generation of Cabela's pellet smoker are made by Camp Chef and they recommended placing biscuits from a can spread out across the surface to get a feel for how the different areas cooked. It worked and we liked the end result.

That's a great idea. I never would have thought of it.
